It seems education immediately pops to the top of the list. I am curious about that vision, especially since the 8 years has shown us how awful centralized control/federalism can be to a nation. How does a vision of greatness emerge in a pluralistic society? What does America look like after Neocon/Reaganite American exceptionalism fade?
